It’s been a while since I last posted, a long while indeed. It’s been a while, two months actually, since we found out we were pregnant!! Amidst all the excitement and exhilaration of expecting a first child, the pregnancy symptoms started seeping in. With all the nausea, vomiting, and fatigue, I found myself lacking the energy and concentration to blog and work. Thankfully, everything is getting better with the beginning of the second trimester so stay tuned this new year for more posts concerning the latest research in nutrition and health, and more healthy recipes and tips.
